Children Facilities

Chalet Juniper is well equipped to cater for children of all ages (We have two sons aged one and two).

The chalet has 3x removable stair gates that are stored in the Ski Cave that can be fitted to all staircase openings.

A full size travel cot (no bedding provided), high chair and booster seat are also stored in the ski cave.

We also have a selection of children’s board games in English and French (for beginners!) as well as a full selection of children’s TV channels via SKY TV, along with the inevitable Sony Playstation 2 with a selection of games and full size table tennis table.


Location

The chalet is located on the side of a private road that only services around 8 chalets, only 3 of which are locally French owned, therefore is not usually much traffic on the track and it is a very safe place for children to play both in summer and winter.

As an extra bonus, the chalet is built into the mountain side which provides a fun 25m nursery slope (if you don’t mind the walk to the top) or sledging run!


Childcare

The ESF (French Ski School) run Ski Gardens and Ski Crèches for children from 3 ½ to 5 years old during holiday times.
