Chalet Juniper is located 500m below the Portes do Soleil La Grande Terche ski lift in the village of St Jean D’Aulps, only 5 minutes drive from the town of Morzine.

Flying into Geneva

Many of the budget operators have regular routes from all over the UK in Geneva Airport. Flying time from the UK is around 1 hr 15 minutes depending on your departure airport.

Getting from Geneva to Chalet Juniper

Car hire is readily available from one of the many operators at Geneva airport; the drive from Geneva to St Jean D’Aulps is very easy and takes a little over an hour. Alternatively, you can pre-book a mini bus, or take a taxi to take, direct to the chalet. There is also a bus service from Geneva airport into Morzine from where it is a short taxi ride to the chalet. We will send further details when we receive your booking.

Driving from the UK

The total car journey is only a few hours longer than going by air once you add in driving to and from airports in both countries and you can take a lot more with you!

The actual driving time from Calais to St Jean D’Aulps is around 7 hours allowing for breaks. Most of the journey, with the exception of the last 20 miles, is on the excellent French motorway system and only entails three road changes so is very easy. From our UK base in South Lincolnshire we regularly make the entire journey including ferry crossing in 11 hours. If you want to break the trip up, we would recommend an overnight stop in Djion.
